Terms of Use.

Enrollment

1. The course must be completed within 8 months of your registration date, with a minimum grade of 70%. After you complete it, you must sign your application for the certificate and give the school copies of your driver’s licence.
2. If for any reason the student cannot finish the course within one year of registration, the certificate will not be issued.
3. Students must attend a total of 20 hours in class and a minimum of 10 hours in car, plus 10 hours of Home Link.
4. You must be ready and on time for all scheduled appointments.
5. A minimum registration deposit of $200.00 is required in order to use the classroom facility.
6. All students must bring their own driver’s handbook.
7. Any balance owing must be paid within one month of the registration date, or before finishing the in-car lessons.
8. All services must go through the school. Any private arrangement made outside the school’s policies is the student’s responsibility.
9. All payments must be made to the New Solution Driving School office.
10. Course fees are not tax deductible.
11. Proper professional behavior is expected from you at all times.

Pay cash at our office or by Interac e-Transfer. Easy payment plans are available, just ask.

Our guarantee

We stand behind every lesson and guarantee a clear, respectful and satisfactory process from your first call to your road test. If you are not happy after your first driving lesson, we will refund you in full.

Lessons in your own vehicle

We can train you in your own, family or friend’s car if it is registered, roadworthy and comprehensively insured, after an inspection by the instructor. The lesson charge is not reduced. See the FAQ for details.
